Summary: I’d like to inform you that there was absolutely no hot water in the shower every morning in room 111. Only in the sink. So I was forced to take sponge baths from the sink water. The heating/cooling unit is very outdated and cracking. The knob was hard to turn and the low setting wasn’t working. The room also had no luggage rack, we had the front desk staff hunt one down. I will however praise you on the comfort of the beds. I was glad to sleep comfortably at least.
