Positive: Very comfortable room that met all my needs and comfort levels. Staff were particularly friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and tidy, which was maintained throughout my visit.

Negative: Nothing to say - I had a pleasant, comfortable and secure stay and would come back. To be very picky, there was no sink plug.

Summary: A comfortable stay which met all my needs. Staff friendliness and engagement was a big factor for me
