Summary: This is supposed to be a resort, but no one could help me get my luggage to my room however they did hold it for me at the counter. When I pulled back the curtains in my bedroom, there was an ant swarm up at the entire wall. As I was taking a shower, I was facing the showerhead and did not realize that the water was not draining down the drain, but it was draining over the little lip onto the bathroom floor. I had to use all the towels to clean it up. For being a resort, I wasn’t really impressed. I did get a massage and my masseuse was excellent, but I don’t remember her name.
