Positive: The location is great! Flat in general was nice and clean and certainly warm. Loved the garden even in the winter.

Negative: I think the parkìng could have been an issue if it hadn't been the Christmas time. The cooker was a bit of a nightmare, especially cooking the christmas dinner, as the cooker settings had rubbed off. Janeanne did send a photo, but the picture didn't seem to coordinate with the cooker settings - or what I could woŕk out anyway! The flat is in the basement, which is quite dark. Finally, where the bed is positioned in the bedroom presents problems which have been highlighted in previous reviews, I am surè this could be addressed though!
