Summary: The room itself was reasonable. The sound-proofing to the outside world was poor, with the noise from the nearby road/bridge being pretty constant late into the night. There were bin lorries emptying nearby bins after midnight on several nights. The fridge didn't work as a chiller (just a storage unit). The staff were helpful.
