Summary: The room seems dirty and the bedsheets has an old stain, when I reported early in the morning the staff apologized and supposedly to be changed during the day, but when we arrive to the room they only do the bed like nothing happened. I report second time and the staff only send to me another apologies and the bed sheets to change by myself because they don’t have a housekeeping services at night.
