Summary: A lovely little boutique hotel in the countryside near Hastings. Possibly a work in progress, the owners have been working tirelessly for several years to get it to the current state, but we were very happy with it. We didn't try any of the food there, due to circumstances, but the afternoon teas looked wonderful! Highly recommended, easy parking. Just one thing to notice, if when you are approaching the entrance, if you are going uphill (southbound), be very vigilant because the sign is AFTER the entrance, if you're coming downhill (northbound) then it's much easier! If you reach the Beefeater at the top of the hill, do a u-turn (you don't want to eat there!).
