Summary: Very disappointed that the room was not cleaned the second day - garbage not emptied, no fresh towels, floor not done. Don't know why we paid this rate for no service for the room. Also the "fitted" sheets did not fit the mattress, so they all end up in a bunch on the bed. Not too comfortable. the rest of the property was clean and bright, the breakfast area great and the food OK. One of the staff, not the desk person who was fine, but a lady who seemed to be doing various items, was exceptionally nice, taking us outside to show us how to get around the construction to the parking lot, and getting us some needed plastic ware - she was great, but did not get her name. Our experience was OK, not great.
