Positive: Apartment was great, kids entertainment was amazing.

Negative: - Swimming pool beds were a stupid war with the guests. Waking up early just to put down towels to reserve the spots otherwise you would end up not having a spot the whole day. I hated it so badly, but also we were forced to do so too, as suggested by the staff!! One day I found my towels moved away from other guests so we ended up with no spot and forced to go using our apartment’s beds, it’s so stupid and stressful that this really needs some sort of hotel rules. - restaurant was very confusing, no one told us what was included, what excluded, what was paid or not until the very last 2 days. Some of the staff barely spoke any English so the communication was quite poor.

Summary: Good holiday but for the price I paid I will definitely not come back.
