Positive: Booked a suite for a 4 night stay with 2 children and found the room was a great size. Really comfortable. Nice bathroom and plenty of room for all of us with some separation with the kids in the living area. I liked the sofa bed too, it was more comfortable than the usual sofa beds at hotels.

Negative: I booked as I was looking for an indoor pool which this hotel mentions as having. I later heard that it wasnt available for kids. They should be more transparent on the website about this limitation. I would have booked somewhere more central if I had known. I arrived late on Thursday night, I raised this to receptionist and she told me she could cancel my booking. I found this attitude extremely unhelpful at 10pm at night with 2 children. Some basic hospitality training for staff would be useful. Breakfast was only ok. Location was about a 30 minute walk to nearest attraction. Room occasionally smelled of cooking and I was told the smell of the nearby restaurants came through the aircon vents. Housekeeping didn't tend to replenish coffee, milks etc but hotel was happy to send up when requested.
