Positive: The location is amazing and the spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. Very nice bar for evening drinks or a meal.

Negative: Our check-in was messy. We'd booked 2 rooms and I'd requested they be together. Only 1 room was available when we arrived which was fine. When we went back later to get the other room it was a long walk away from the first. So I immediately refused it. Then they gave me another room nearby - only problem was it hadn't been serviced. We were given 2 complimentary drinks for these issues, but it was really disappointing that they didn't respect their initial promise. Final gripe is to do with breakfast - that you can't ask them to bring you a latte or cappuccino - as was the case when I stayed there in the past. If this is the case now, then they should install self-service coffee machines in the breakfast area.
