Summary: I want to start out with the good. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping our room clean every day, check-in was a breeze, beds were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly. That being said, the hotel needs a serious update. In our bathroom, the sink and the bathtub were missing their drain plugs, and the bathroom door was swollen from moisture and would barely close. The furniture outside, as you were entering the hotel was missing cushions and was stained. Furniture inside the lobby was dirty. The breakfast was not great, and the last night we were there, about 2 AM our room started smelling like cigarette smoke. Bad. Someone must’ve been smoking nearby and it was coming in our vent. We all woke up and ended up going to the airport early to get out of there. For a Holiday Inn Express, I would expect better. I would not recommend this hotel.
