Positive: Had a nice stay here for a concert a Co-Op Arena, have stayed here before for concerts and is located close enough for travelling but not too close into city centre that it is too loud and busy, Rooms are very clean and modern and just right for a short stay. Was given free breakfast due to an issue during my stay, was pleasant but don't think I would pay the full price myself.

Negative: Did have an issue on my first night with room next door screaming and fighting at 4:45 am, I raised an issue to reception at the time who didn't deal with it in the best way in my opinion but I raised a complaint the following morning and was compensated so can't fault the hotel there.
