Summary: The room itself was lovely, very comfortable and clean. There was alot of road noise which if your a light sleeper can be an issue. We had an evening neal which we really enjoyed and service was great. What let it down for us was breakfast, lack of service and basic items missing from the table like milk for coffee, jam, butter etc. The menu for breakfast was varied my husband had a full english which he enjoyed but all I asked for toast and a croissant. The toast was rock hard to the point i couldnt eat it as i was only given 1 portion of butter, the croissant was nice but i would of liked the option of jam with it. While eating breakfast staff were sat on a laptop at the bar rather than checking on guests. It was just the simple things that let it down for us, such a shame as we picked it for all the good reviews they had.
