Positive: Helpful staff Good location Decor and ambience Good coffee and fresh juice at breakfast

Negative: Breakfast was basic and repetitive, there was a choice to order from the menu but for an expensive hotel I would have expected a full breakfast to be included. Bed was not a full queen, 2 singles pushed together, mattress was very firm. Room very small without space for luggage, no jug or coffee /tea in the room and an option to help yourself ( next door at the sister hotel) but overpriced for a machine coffee and stock standard sweets. If these touches were included as a guest you would feel more comfortable and welcome. The room was dark, the lighting very poor, even in the bathroom.

Summary: Ambient, stylish and well located hotel with helpful staff though somewhat overpriced.
