Positive: An amazing historical building, very sensitively converted into an excellent hotel. Very easy to access by car, with covered on-site parking. Ideal for visiting castle and town on foot. Excellent and very comfortable accommodation. Lots of interesting spaces for guests to relax, including a cosy library, spacious reception and bar, lovely courtyard with mature trees and a large swimming pool with plenty of chairs, shade and an outdoor bar. Lovely views from the pool terrace.The meals in the restaurant were excellent; you can also dine outside. Very helpful and friendly staff made this a most pleasant stay. We plan to return!
