Positive: Sergio, was very helpful and understanding, when we asked to check out early!!!! The real Issue in a way was related to Global Warming,. We were the only guests in the hotel and the restaurant and bar were not open, also in the village NONE of the bars or restaurant's were open either so we had no food or drink on the night we arrived. It was like we were in a ghost town. The main reason seems to be the lack of Snow at the nearby Ski resorts, resulting in the lack of visitors and then subsequently and the normal supporting facilities. We decided to check out the next morning and Sergio was very sympathetic and understanding, and even cooked us a really good breakfast. He fully understood our situation and was excellent in the way he dealt with us. Instead of us leaving with a bad experience his actions lifted our spirits and has left us looking forward to returning sometime in the future, when visitors are present and the village facilities are running as normal. The Hotel is lovely and sits in a beautiful position in the village, and will provide a delightful stay in busier times. Thank you Sergio, we appreciate your excellent customer service and understanding.

Negative: It is covered above, ghost town without facilities, due to GLOBAL WARMING. No fault of the hotel though.
