Positive: Clean, convenient, quiet. Very attentive staff.

Negative: Rooms are a little spare but definitely adequate. Would be nice to have a booklet explaining how the shower works, how to use the phone to call the desk or call out, how the key card works to control the lights.

Summary: Hotel Lisbeny was perfect for my 2 night stay in Madrid. Highly recommend!
