Positive: Location is perfect for work and staff are polite and helpful, room is basic but comfortable and clean, I have stayed here a few times for work and will continue to do so for future visits.

Negative: Breakfast is not great, coffee machine never works properly and choice of food is not great, oily fried eggs sat around for ages, cold frittata...
