Summary: The room was quite dated, which is fine, but the bathroom/shower had quite a bit of mold. Additionally, the spa pools and floor could have used a big clean. We were instructed to walk through the turkish spa in our own slides, which we had walked all over Madrid in, there was hair on the floor, and additionally mold/water stains on the water line of the pools. The massages were nice, but oddly you had to pay the additional 25 euro to use the spa pools after the massage, which is fine, but typically it is included and seems like it should have been.
