Positive: River view bedroom and overall location to the hot springs, parking available onsite behind the hotel (although best for small cars only).

Negative: Staff did not have a strong customer service orientation. Did not feel welcome. It seemed odd that another large group got what seemed to be better food (different buffet) than what we were assigned.
