Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Room was spacious and clean. Location in the Garden District was great.

Negative: I tried to adjust the date of arrival on the reservation, but the hotel told me contact Booking.com and Booking.com told me to contact the hotel. I did each multiple times and got the run-around. A waste of time and was never able to adjust the reservation. The hotel never responded when contacted via the Booking.com site, and was not very helpful when reached by phone. I doubt I'd stay at the hotel again or use Booking.com unless one of them remedies the problem.

Summary: Nice hotel at reasonable price but customer service could be better for reservation changes.
