Positive: location. cleanliness. friendly staff.

Negative: Room 202 is located on the landing, where all the other residents are constantly walking up and down the stairs, talking and making noise. Also, some crazy person was screaming all night outside the window in the neighboring building. I was planning to get some sleep, but because of the constant noise, both on the stairs and outside the window, I didn't sleep all night...
