Great terraced house for 7 people located just 300 metres away from the beach if Colonia de Sant Jordi.
This wonderful three-storey terraced house comprises two terraces, one at the front and the other, much cosier, at the back, where you can enjoy a good breakfast, a nice reading or a delicious lunch or dinner. You can go to the beach to enjoy a nice dip in between and bask in the sun for a while since this is not far away on foot. When coming back, the exterior shower allows you to wash the sand and salt off. The property is fenced.
Inside, the ground floor welcomes our guests with a beautiful living-dining room with a TV-set and air-conditioning. Next you find the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas top, oven, microwave, a table with chairs and all you need to cook. A toilet completes this floor. On the first floor there is a shower bathroom and three bedrooms, one with two twin beds and a fan and two with air-conditioning -one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. On the top floor you will find the 4th bedroom with a double bed, fan, exit to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. You will find a closet in each bedroom and we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, the laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
In Colonia de Sant Jordi you will find all kinds of services like supermarkets, restaurants, bars and more. You can visit several sandy beaches like the one in the harbour, el Marques, or the famous and stunning beach of es Trenc. You can make boat excursions to the island of Cabrera or come to know the salt mines. The harbour at night is really beautiful and perfect to enjoy a walk after dinner.
