Positive: Great location, very nice staff, good set-up with the hotel having its own restaurant and pub. Great place to stop if in the Glencoe area. Beautiful surroundings.

Negative: There were hairs in the shower tub and it was not very clean overall. A bit too pricey for what you get.

Summary: Good location, beautiful surroundings, nice staff. Dirty and overpriced.
