Positive: Hotel and facilities were amazing. Spa was excellent

Negative: We laid extra for a better room and yet the bath would not hold water. Obviously when you are there for one night it's hard to complain about it at the time so we didn't mention it till we checked out. So they didn't have the opportunity to fix it for us, but it was disappointing that you couldn't use the bath. Also the mattress was very firm, could just be personal taste but compared to other hotels and our one at home this was like a bench.

Summary: Great hotel, rooms need bit of attention.
