Newly remodeled with brand new appliances and furniture, this home sleeps 12. It has many areas for relaxing with spectacular views! On the outside, you have lounge chairs, a large seating area on a huge deck, a BBQ gas grill, and a hot and cold outdoor shower. It also includes 2 TV rooms, a game room with real video games, a workout room with gym equipment, a large kitchen, 3 family room areas, and just a few steps away from the full playground. Great for family reunions!
Wine touring is fantastic here on the North Fork and you can come back to a very large river rock fireplace with a nice glass of wine. It's just lovely!
When you book a getaway with us, you are guaranteed essential amenities including WIFI and cable TV. Take advantage of the kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, small dingy, floats, and snorkels to fully immerse in the beach experience.
Everything you would possibly need and want is here for you! This is the perfect getaway for any occasion. You can even have a lobster bake or meals delivered by one of our local great caterers!
Feel free to explore local destinations including the - vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and more nature reserves to explore. The five-star restaurants are just minutes away as well as the bar lounge, Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island.

There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
The property is subject to a $95 hot tub fee per cleaning service.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.
