Summary: The female working the front desk lied to me and treated me with the utmost disrespect. There was no one there meaning the hotel was empty. I requested one more night for business in the area and she sharply said no as if I did something wrong. I paid for three nights and only was able to stay for two. Now I have to figure out how to get one stay money return. I travel a lot and this is by far the worst customer service and experience I’ve ever received. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. As I was polity speaks to her and trying to show the recipients via email she threatened to call the cops (and she did!) Thd General Manager was very nice when I spoke to him during check in. I am going to corporate for this one.
