Summary: I stayed in 3 different hotels with the same star rating in Valencia, and this was by far the best. I genuinely enjoyed my time here, the staff was incredibly awesome and welcoming, and the room was modern and super cozy and comfortable. Noise cancellation towards the street noise could be better, but it's on par with basically every other mediterranean hotel. I travel with a white noise machine and slept like a baby.
