Summary: I booked a room at the National 9 motel in Wellington Utah. I was driving through late in evening. I made my booking but when I showed up to check in, the lobby was shut with no way to get a key. I had to call the National 9 in Price, the next town over, who was kind enough to honor my reservation. I have not been impressed with the Wellington motel. We had drive through Wellington on a prior trip and had called the National 9. It was late again, and the person who was there to to check us in was so ornery that he would hardly speak to us or even look at us. My wife and I I left the office with wide eyes and surprize. If the Wellington National 9 doesn’t want people to check in late, they should take their listing off of Hotels.com where travelers like myself look for a place to stop as we drive through. Not all vacations have a set location for each night. I won’t be going back to the National 9 in Wellington Utah. I don’t think they are helping the Brand
