Positive: The receptionist was very accommodating, we wanted to change rooms due to a loud neighbour and she put us in another room. Unfortunately the room did smell old and musty but funny enough the outside of the building smelled strange too? The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. It was quiet and suited our needs.

Negative: Pillows were way too hard, the smell of the room and the toilet seat really needed replacing, it had chunks out of it, it was quite off putting. Small things,, overall good value.
