Summary: "This is the third time I've stayed here, and the service gets worse every time. Only two bottles of water for a 3-night stay seems incredibly cheap on your part. They don't have a proper place where I can take a video call or conference on my laptop. I was also denied service at the restaurant twice just for having my computer with me. I am traveling for work and need to stay connected, but they just don't get it. It's a shame because I used to like this hotel, but the good thing is there are plenty of other options in the same category at Medellin"
