Positive: Excellent hotel, beautifully located. We really loved it.

Negative: The one key growth area would be around staff - who were lovely but not sufficiently well trained, e.g. at check-in no one told us that there is dedicated childcare / kids activities being offered over the weekend, or that there were any kids facilities (there was a massive bouncy castle-style structure) and we only stumbled accidentally across those halfway through the weekend. In addition, 4 different staff members were giving me and other guests different info regarding breakfast (is it just buffet or also a la cart options).
