Kingswear village houses the scenic Steam Train where you can travel to Paignton and take a walk along the seafront, catch a bus to Brixham and visit Liberty's for an afternoon cocktail or take a forty minute drive to Totnes and enjoy pottery painting at China Blue. It's a fantastic location offering a village environment within close proximity to the busy towns.

Outside: Multi-tiered garden at the rear of the property with spectacular sea views. There is a Summer House at the top of the garden with a barbeque, garden sofa and table, umbrella. Please be aware the steps in the garden are steep.
Parking: A parking permit is available for 1 car for the duration of the stay. This will entitle you to one space in the Darthaven Marina car park a short walk from the property. Spaces are on a first come first serve basis.
General: Wifi Provided. Heating and electricity included. No Smoking. No Pets. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
