Zero tolerance for excessive noise, parties, over occupancy, or disturbances. Violations may result in fines of up to 3 times the reservation value and immediate termination without refund. 3. Responsibility The main guest must be over 18 and stay at the property. All guests must be registered. Reservations made with false identity will be canceled without refund. 4. Legal Compliance Guests must comply with Colombian tourism laws (Laws 679, 300, 1101, and 1336). 5. Cancellations Subject to the policy in place at booking. No refunds for early departures, late arrivals, weather, or travel issues. Travel insurance is recommended. 6. Stay Termination The host may inspect the property. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without refund. 7. Rates Payments Rates may change. Errors in pricing or information may be corrected or reservations canceled. 8. Utilities No refunds for external service failures (water, electricity, Wi Fi), though we will assist as quickly as possible. 9. Security Deposit May be requested and will be refunded within 14 days, minus any damages. 10. Check in / Check out Check in: 3:00 PM | Check out: 11:00 AM Early/late times subject to availability.
