Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The local is fantastic for those who want to be on the beach. The view is beautiful as are the grounds. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Negative: The tennis courts are in short a shambles. Unplayable. It’s a real shame as they could be wonderful but have not been maintained. When we asked about other courts at sister hotels this was not an option. Instead we got a cab into Alvor and played there.

Summary: Stunning views but hotel is very tired and in desperate need of update.
