The basement parking garage offers free parking from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM (despite signage indicating "no overnight parking," as it's not metered or monitored until 8:00 AM).
From 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday, 3-hour metered parking is available. Payment is accepted via ParkMobile, online, toll-free, or with coins.

Open Street parking is available on Boardman Ave Webster St Washington St and surrounding neighborhood streets. Vehicles found parked on any street or alley between 3:00am-6:00am may be towed at the owner's expense. Overnight parking is generally permitted during the spring and summer months on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday only. Follow street signage.
Old Town Paid Garage: 125 E. Eighth St. Enforced Mon-Sat 8:00am-6:00pm$1.25-$1.50/hour max $20.00 or monthly permit for $30.00.
Hardy Paid Garage: 303 E. State St. Enforced Mon-Sat 8:00am-6:00pm$1.25-$1.50/hour max $20.00 or monthly permit for $50.00.
