Positive: The staff were so helpful. They let us check in early and then let us leave our bags in their office across the road the following day (we had a late flight). The hotel is cute and clean. On a busy pedestrian shopping street, but it's fun! And actually the noise levels after the shops close at 8 and before they open at 11 is totally fine. We booked two rooms. Both had little balconies. Both were clean. There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room, but you can use the ones in the common room on the first floor. Thumbs up!

Negative: It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Also the cleaners used way too much air freshener -- it was really overpowering and it took ages for the room to air out.

Summary: Great little hotel with super helpful staff.
