Summary: The biggest issue is the price: much too much for the type of room. I have used this property for decades and have booked rooms for people attending our (dog) events. After this last stay, we have moved our business elsewhere. The room was very small for two beds. There was no place to hang clothes. There was an enormous chest of drawers which took up a lot of space. Tough to find an outlet for something I needed to plug in. Curtains didn't completely cover the window so I had glaring light from the parking lot in my face all night. Even though the room had been sprayed with an air freshener, there was a moldy smell in the bathroom. I can drive ten more minutes to North Conway and get a superior room for 30% less, which is exactly what I will do in the years to come.

Summary: Great value. If you're looking for an inexpensive lean place to stay, this is for you. Not too many frills. Not too fancy but perfectly adequate for a good night's sleep

Summary: Not everyone can make their own curtain rods for drapes that don’t fit on the rods. Too many electric cords. Had to unplug refrigerator to run the coffee maker. Neither my husband or I would use the shower.
