Positive: In February 2024, the price was outstandingly inexpensive (64 euro). The reception lady was very accommodating, and the room itself was immaculately clean. We could park immediately in front of the hotel. main entrance. There appeared to be few other people vying for parking spots. Coffee and orange juice in the morning was extra, 6 Euros per person, but was not unreasonable. For a one night, quick stop-over, it was what we had expected and we were more than satisfied.

Negative: It's a bit difficult to get to, but with Google maps It was okay. The area is in development, with bare lots, new apartment complexes, etc. The room is small, but for two people was more than adequate. It's not charming; we did not see any restaurants or any local activity nearby. Somebody must have decided that this area is going to be developing; we were there early. If you are looking for an authentic experience of what normal life is like in Spain near Valencia, you're likely to be disappointed.

Summary: Inexpensive, modern and clean, and more than adequate for a one night stand.
