We have named our 2 Bed/1 Bonus Rm/2 Bath home away from home "Casita Blanca". It is the upper level of a house with a nice patio entrance. Inside it has a cozy feel, with a large light-filled living room, kitchen and dining area. The two bedrooms are on opposites sides of the unit giving good privacy and each has a bathroom. The unit is well furnished and equipped and is pleasant for preparing meals. The living room and bedrooms have smart TVs. The shared patio has a gas BBQ.
The space
In addition to the two bedrooms, the bonus den next to the master bedroom can be separated with a curtain. There is a sofa bed in this space. There is also a single fold out bed that is available if needed.
Host lives in front house. Guests can text or use app text.
Belmont Heights/Shore is a popular place for locals and visitors alike. For outdoor activities, our home is a short walk to the beach, Belmont Pier, bike and jogging paths, and Bluff Park. The great weather makes the area enjoyable year round.
There are many restaurants and bars close by in the Second Street area and on Broadway Ave. The area is wonderful to stroll the pleasant neighborhoods.
The neighborhood is very walkable at all hours. A full grocery store is close by as well as restaurants, bars and various personal services.
Guest access
One off-street parking spot is available. Extra large vehicles will not fit. Parking on local streets is free. Street sweeping occurs on Thursdays and Fridays between 10am-noon.
Other things to note
There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. NO PARTIES and NO LOUD NOISE anytime. Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. Contact the host if you have visitors.
