There are two double bedrooms, both en suite with high-quality toilet, shower and washbasin. The master bedroom, with a king-size double bed, has two pairs of french doors onto the private covered terrace with views towards the traditional whitewashed town of Alhaurin el Grande set against the Sierra Mijas mountains. The second double bedroom is at the back of the apartment built into the hillside with a window well, making it ideal for cool summer and warm winter nights. It has the flexibility of a super king-size bed or two singles. There is a spacious lounge/dining area with patio doors onto the terrace. There is an open plan flow to the kitchen and a further outdoor kitchen/barbeque area on the terrace. The same contemporary stone effect tiles run throughout the apartment and onto the terrace, giving a sense of harmony. The walls are freshly decorated in clean white. The apartment and terrace are all on one level.
Allocated secure parking is adjacent to the apartment. The nearly 4 acres of the property include 2 acres of hillside nature trails as well as a developing permaculture food forest with many citruses, nut, avocado, mango and fig trees.
