Positive: The brunch is very very good and wonderful that it is open from 8am till 1pm and is excellent quality The hotel itself is clean and well maintained and it's good value overall Easy check in process It's quiet and peaceful and the bed is very comfortable

Negative: Unfortunately my room overlooked bins and the smell from them was very bad throughout my stay The cleaners knock on your door at 8.30am to clean and there wasn't a do not disturb sign in my room I went and got one and put it on and then the cleaner knocked again at around 9.30am- strange It's in a less pleasant area of arenal but only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the nicer areas

Summary: Overall pretty good with some improvements recommended
