The Burlington overlooks the promenade and is about 10 minutes' walk from Worthing town centre. Worthing Pier and Pavilion Theatre are about 5 minutes' walk away. Spacious rooms have high ceilings and tea/coffee facilities. Victorian features blend with a modern décor, and some rooms have a sea view. Each room has its own bathroom.
