Travel Purpose: business

Positive: One good point great location for visit to stone.

Negative: The showers in both rooms were faulty, no one on reception first thing in the morning to sort the issue, left message on contact number left at reception. It took brute force to eventually turn them off, the light fitting in one of the bathroom was hanging off the ceiling with wire hanging down, silver light fittings on bed surround are not screwed in, Electric cables exposed at radiator. poor attention to detail in general.

Summary: Great location, poor quality hotel for the money.
