Summary: I stayed here prior in April of last year and enjoyed a fantastic stay. This stay was quite different. I was given a room in the main building as opposed to the chalet I had last time. When booking in, I was told I had no breakfast included when I was sure I had booked it. The room was good but very hot. In attempting to turn the heating off, the radiator continued to pump out heat and turned the room into a sauna I had not asked for. I informed the front desk and they looked into it while I went for a walk. All attempts to rectify it were in vain so I was able to switch rooms to the same room on the floor above. I retrieved the email confirming I had breakfast included and she put this on their system. Breakfast was just as good as last time and parking was really good too. It was less of a positive experience as my first visit but I have to commend the lady who dealt with my situation as she was really helpful and went out of her way to sort everything out.
