Summary: The hotel is nice and clean. However, the surroundings (the locality) are very dirty. We had an awkward experience during check in; the receptionist asked for a deposit of SR 200 for our prepaid room. There's no such information at the time of booking. We have been to many hotels in many countries, never faced this type of situation. The price appears to be a bit higher based on the surrounding locations.
