Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: New property in ideal location for for my wife and I. A 30 minute scenic riverside stroll to downtown Eugene and 2 minute walk to the shopping mall. There are a lot of chain restaurants closer to hand so no need for taxi or driving for evening dinner.

Negative: I opted for room service every second day during an eight day stay and it was only fully serviced once, however the floors were not cleaned and trash was not removed. We had towel changes when we requested and bed linen changed when requested. It seemed that you will only get what is requested and nothing more. I’m sure the reception staff would assist if you are vocal

Summary: Great hotel and reception staff. No bar or restaurant on premised but plenty close by. Be vocal if you prefer full room
