The large Finca "Son Peroti" was lavishly restored and is situated in the east of Mallorca in a quiet and secluded location about 2 km from "Manacor", the second largest town on the island. The next neighbour is about 400 meters away. The holiday finca for sole use offers space for 8 people and is situated on a plot of land of about 1,500 sqm and has a living area of about 250 sqm on two levels.
On the ground floor you will find a leather sofa with armchairs around the fireplace and satellite TV in the large living room, as well as a sitting area with rocking chairs and a dining area with a large wooden table and chairs. In the hot summer months an air conditioning system provides pleasant freshness and in the cooler year central heating is available and therefore the country house can be booked in the cooler season. Also free Wi-Fi is available.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove and electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer, as well as the necessary small kitchen appliances such as toaster, kettle, coffee machine and an exit to the covered terrace by the pool. There is also a further dining table with chairs available. A washing machine and a set of ironing irons are also available in the house.
One of four double bedrooms is on the ground floor, as well as one of the two bathrooms. This bedroom offers a double bed of 160x190cm. On the upper floor you will find three more bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of these bedrooms on the first floor have a double bed of 150x190cm each and the third bedroom is a twin bedroom with two single beds of 100x190cm each. The bedrooms on the upper floor also have air conditioning cold/warm.
In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a well-kept lawn there is a guest toilet near the private pool of 8.00 x 4.00 meters and a depth of 1.10-1.75 meters. In the open "Patio" (inner courtyard) garden furniture is at your disposal, also under the roofed terrace by the swimming pool and a bricked grill guarantees cosy barbecue evenings.
The holiday finca is ideal for a finca holiday with the family or a group trip among friends. From the area around "Manacor" you can easily explore the east and also the very popular northeast of Mallorca with its many small bays, also called "Calas".
Worth a visit are for example also the coastal town "Porto Christo" with its very famous "dragon caves". Also the nearby "Arta" with its traditional weekly market every Tuesday. Here you will find, among other things, the colourful offer of fresh fruit and vegetables from the region as well as many typical local specialities such as ham, cheese and olives. Also the impressive "Caves of Arta" are recommended for a visit.
The next golf course is only about 4 km away and about 16 km to the very popular beaches of the northeast coast, which you can reach in only a short drive by rental car. The region is also very popular with sporty ambitious cyclists due to its central location, also with hikers, because among other things the well-known nature park "Parc Natural de la Peninsula de Llevant" is not far away.
