Positive: Good location. Has everything you need for a very reasonable price. Toiletries in the room only included handwash that was broken and an all in one hair and bodywash in the shower. View is lovely. Indoor pool is very nice. Breakfast and dinner are a good price. Was able to check in a bit earlier.

Negative: Nobody on reception when I arrived, there was a sign saying back in 5 mins, I waited 30mins and didn’t even get an apology when they finally arrived (I stated what time I would be arriving on the form). Kettle doesn’t work in room unless you hold the switch down the whole time. Told reception and they said I would have to wait until the next day, they didn’t even ask for my room number. Buffet breakfast was cold. Very quiet hotel but I guess it’s the time of year. I was the only one at dinner at 8.30pm and they still didn’t have one of the options offered. Bed not the comfiest.
